This location is generally pretty quick with drive-thru. It's fairly standard as McDonald's go otherwise. They're also 24 hour, other lobby and drive-thru, so you can always get your fix. I don't like going inside because it's a bit grungy but that's probably more from age than lack of care. They could really use a renovation in the dining area, though. I like that the owners are community-minded. They let our PTA host a McEducators night fundraiser, so they get my support.

Meh! Went to this locations a few times out of necessity. It's not one that I would return to. Location is awesome just outside the UM campus. Some amount of trash in parking lot. Service void of friendly. Food below average with fries under cooked and chicken nuggets just not right and can't explain whats up. One machine had no ice, other one did. The drink area was picked up. Dining room overall not bad. Trash inside was over flowing it's boundaries. Tried to use the restroom but a young black employee was shaving in the one sink. The bowl was full of disgusting water. I have never, ever seen this before and hope to never again. They were a 2 star prior to me witnessing personal hygiene before a shift. Skip this one.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes even with only 2 people in front of me. Then got told cash only... ummm put up a sign! Instead they claim they told me on the speaker (they didn't and even then it's too late to get out of line)

Slow. Slow. Slow. I could drive to the McDonald's in Hyattsville and eat. I could then wait five minutes and come back to this place and be in the same exact spot in line.

It's a McDonalds. When you're hungry, it hits the spot! Typical McDonalds.

This McDonald's is average at best. The drive-through is ok! The inside is another story. Those who take your order are average but the girls that prepare the food in the back are a complete other story. They never seem to get the sandwiches right. At first I thought they just didn't speak English but those at the registers sending the orders back are mostly bi-lingual. They keep the napkins behind the counter so if you need extra you have to wait in line again. The only real plus is the swing manager. I think her name is Veronica. She is beautiful and professional. I know that might sound crazy but that is the only reason I go there.

Yes, I am writing a McDonald's review. This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to, and I've been to quite a few, it's my guilty pleasure. Food is always hot and fresh.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment, and just go to the one that's an upgrade from this one. ----- 10531 Baltimore Ave (Up the Street North on Route 1, near Cosco) Beltsville, MD 20705 Chances are like me, you will wait 5 years to get your food, and once you do - The order will be wrong. I once went inside to get food.. 12 minutes just to fill my order of a McDouble, Small Fries, and a Smoothie. Manager and employees looked so disorganized and directionless.

getting food from this particular mcd is like waiting for metal to rust. or paint to dry. or grass to grow. or water to evaporate.

Hungry and on the way home from work, boyfriend suggests McDonalds. I am all like, "ME HUNGREEE" so we stop by this one. There is a huge line in the drive-thru and he suggests we go to the McDonalds down Rt. 1 past the beltway. We are already there so I say we just tough it out at this one. We get our meals, go home, proceed to much down, and low and behold, my quarter pounder doesn't even have a beef patty on it. I had buns for dinner :(

The score that you see... Is very accurate as to the crappy service they have to offered. Inside, I can't say much since I've never ordered, but their drive thru? Get ready for a headache. First tip... Always make sure to check your order. They are experts at epically getting the order wrong or screwing up... And their chance of screwing up from 1 thru 10 runs at 8. Also, they don't put anything in the bag, so if you need napkins or any ingredients you order on the side, DO NOT DRIVE OFF... IT WON'T BE THERE! Secondly, you might have to get rude. Why am I saying this? Because you have to. From the moment you ordered to the second you pulled up to the window, they are not happy to see you let along are nice about anything. They can get rude and snippy if you asked them for anything and they excel in the art of rushing you out as well. There's been MULTIPLE occasions where I've had the order literally thrown at and immediately, they shut the window and go away. And trust me, being nice doesn't help either... They just don't want you there. That's why I say stay put and get a little rude, because with them you have to hold your ground, otherwise, they will walk all over you. On a positive note... They have great wifi. In conclusion, if you want some Mcdonalds you either follow the steps above or simply go somewhere else.

Why am I updating my review for a McDonald's? I don't know but this IS a good McDonald's, based on the criteria that they're open super late and serve tasty Southern McChicken sandwiches and juicy horseburgers. The University of Maryland memorabilia along the walls reminds me of my location to the crime-ridden streets adjacent to Baltimore Ave. But when I'm in McDonald's, I feel safe because the corporate world protects me from all the ills outside the glass windows, which my friend punched one time in a drunken rage. Don't do that. This location is not somewhere you want to be late at night because of all of the goons from Parkside. They'll steal your lunch money.

This McDonalds is in an incredibly convenient location for me, however, every single time I have gone here, they always manage to forget my order. Literally, every damn time. One time it took them about 15 minutes to get me an iced coffee..

This is the closest McDonald's to University of Maryland, College Park's campus without being on campus. What makes this location special is that it had a bit of a classier design since it caters to students near campus, yet that made it feel out of place since College Park isn't very classy. It also is in close proximity to a liquor store, The View (student housing), Jungle Grille (popular burger joint), and 7-11 (a block away). It had the friendliest customer I've ever encountered at a McDonald's, as she randomly complimented me on my shirt (the shirt stood out you could say). That being said, that was the main thing that stood out about this place. Other than the listed reasons, this is pretty much like a classier version of McDonald's when comparing it to what else is in College Park.

i rate this store a fucking zero because they take like 20 minutes to take a fucking order this happened on 10/20/13 at 11:20, the african american lady was very rude and she was normally having a conversation with the people in front of me. this will be the last time i visit that mcdonalds.

I usually like this place. When I go in late at night they're friendly, have given me free drinks sometimes, and are quick. However, no debit cards in the drive through late at night? Excuse me? And no quality customer service when we explain we don't have cash? Please. It's 2011, no one carries cash anymore. You can't expect me to come back from the club with cash specifically allotted for McDonald's. Heck no.
